CUC Broadcasting was a Canadian media company. Primarily a cable television distributor which operated under the name Trillium Cable, CUC was also a minority investor in other smaller cable companies, including Northern Cable and UMG Cable.
CUC also had some broadcast holdings, most notably CKLW and CKEZ in Windsor and a 34 per cent share in YTV.
The company was originally launched by Geoffrey Conway. CUC was acquired by Shaw Cable in 1995. The merger of CUC's 420,000 subscribers with Shaw's made Shaw Canada's second largest cable company.
