Postal service: U.S. Postal Service employee responsible for assisting business mailers in utilizing and communicating with the USPS; abbreviated csr. Csrs are assigned according to the location of the mailer's headquarters and will assist with the investigation and resolution of delivery problems nationwide, as well as provide information regarding postal procedures and regulations.
