Cyberdefender Corporation was incorporated as Network Dynamics in California on August 29, 2003. Network Dynamics changed its name to CyberDefender Corporation on October 21, 2005. The peer-to-peer network infrastructure allows them to provide a fluid, distributed system for alerts and updates, and to incorporate a universal threat definition system. Early Detection Center V2.0 is a Windows PC Internet security suite designed to protect consumers against spyware, viruses, phishing attacks and spam. FREE V2.0 has the same technology features as the CyberDefender Early Detection Center V2.0. This version is offered free to consumers and is supported by impeded banner advertising. Registry Cleaner V1.0 is Windows PC optimization software is designed to improve performance and speed up PC speed. The FamilyPak offers the same technology as CyberDefender Early Detection Center V2.0. It is designed for families with multiple PCs or small businesses running multiple PCs. A free Windows Internet Explorer browser plug in designed to protect users against phishing attacks and dangerous websites, this product is offered for free. CyberDefenderCOMPLETE provides live premium tech-on-call service which offers a one-time resolution for any malware related PC problem. CyberDefenderULTIMATE provides unlimited live premium tech-on-call service 24 hours per day and 7 days per week for assistance with the resolution of any technology problem. CyberDefender Identity Protection Service is an identity protection service offering users basic ID protection features. The main competitive factors of the products are time to market, quality, price, reputation, terms of sales, customer support and breadth of product line.
