Connex See Service keeps the telecom signals flowing. The company provides the design, integration, installation, and maintenance of wired and wireless telecommunications networks for enterprise customers and telecom carriers, and it also resells communications products to the same types of customers. Connex carries products from such vendors as Avaya, Cisco Systems, and Microsoft. The company also builds metropolitan area networks (MANs) and offers services to both rural and urban communities. Founded in 1996, Cygnal Technologies went through a court-supervised reorganization in 2007-08 and changed its name to Connex See Service in 2009. The company is owned by Laurus Master Fund, a New York-based hedge fund.
