Cystadenocarcinoma is a malignant form of a cystadenoma.
It can present in the ovary.[1]
It is the most common malignant ovarian tumor.[citation needed] Contains complex multiloculated cyst but with exuberant solid areas in places. It usually presents with omental metastases which cause ascites.
