Wikipedia: Dagen McDowell

Dagen McDowell is an anchor on the Fox Business Network and a business correspondent for the Fox News Channel.

McDowell appears regularly on Your World with Neil Cavuto and has been a weekly panelist for Cashin' In (she has won the Cashin' In Challenge the past three years, defeating the other three panelists, all of whom are professional money managers). She is married to Jonas Max Ferris, co-founder of MAXfunds.com and a fellow Fox News contributor, whom she met on Cashin' In.

A native of Virginia, McDowell graduated from Wake Forest University with a degree in Art History.

McDowell began her career as a financial journalist at the Institutional Investor's Newsletter Division.

On the March 24, 2009 edition of America's Newsroom, McDowell sparked controversy by comparing the proposed tax on AIG executive bonuses to sexual abuse, saying, "You don’t want to think if you get in bed with Uncle Sam he is going to strip you naked, chain you to the bed, leave you there and then take nasty pictures of you and then put them on the Internet, because that is what has been happening."[1]
