Dagmar Roth-Behrendt (born February 21, 1953 in Frankfurt am Main) is a German Member of the European Parliament, and a lawyer. She was elected on the SPD ticket and sits with the Party of European Socialists group.
From July 20, 2004 until January 16, 2007 she was one of the 14 Vice-Presidents of the European Parliament.
