DAMAC Heights, formerly named Ocean Heights 2, is a supertall skyscraper to be built in the Dubai Marina of Dubai. It will be the second, supertall project by Damac Properties, the first being Ocean Heights which will also be located in Dubai Marina.[3] The building will overlook the Palm Jumeirah. The tower is set to rise to 426 meters (1,398 feet) and have 100 floors for residential use.[1]
