Daniel Wasson (born June 15, 1984 in Ardmore, Oklahoma) is an American soccer player, who played 2007-08 year for SV Meppen. He is currently under contract with VfL Osnabrück of the German 2nd Bundesliga. He has played 22 career games for the Colorado Rapids of Major League Soccer in 2006 and 2007.
Wasson began his collegiate soccer career at the United States Air Force Academy where he scored 23 goals in 37 games. In 2004 he transferred to Tulsa University where he appeared in 43 games, scoring 8 goals and 6 assists. During his college years he also played with Colorado Springs Blizzard in the USL Premier Development League.
He was drafted in the fourth round, 38th overall by the Colorado Rapids in the 2006 MLS Supplemental Draft.
