Daniel Paul "Danny" Tamberelli (born February 8, 1982) is an American television and film actor.[1] He was born in Wyckoff, New Jersey.
Biography
Tamberelli played Jackie Radowski on the television series The Baby-Sitters Club (TV series) shortly before more notably playing Little Pete on the Nickelodeon television show The Adventures of Pete & Pete and provided the voice for Arnold in The Magic School Bus, as well as appearing in the films Igby Goes Down and The Mighty Ducks. Many may also know him for his work on Nickelodeon's All That, as well as Figure It Out. He also guest starred, along with Michelle Trachtenberg, on an episode of Space Cases entitled "All You Can Eaty."
At a young age Danny played Jackie Rodowsky on the TV show The Baby-Sitters Club.
Tamberelli narrated - and sung the theme song - for I See Sue, a children's dinosaur game published by Simon & Schuster Interactive and the Field Museum.
Tamberelli once had his guitar amplifier blown by Iggy Pop while they were filming together on The Adventures of Pete & Pete, while Pop was teaching him to play the Stooges classic "TV Eye."
Danny Tamberelli also voiced the character Joseph Anza in the Disney show Fillmore!.
Tamberelli is a graduate of Hampshire College, where he earned a bachelor's degree in Interdisciplinary Arts focusing on music performance and booking management. He now is the bassist and vocalist for the rock band Jounce. They have recently released an eponymous debut album. He is also the bassist for the Folk/Pop band Every Good Boy.
He appeared in a few commercials in the 1990s. One was for Lego Pirate toys. Another was for Cinnamon Life in 1994.
He most recently (2006) appeared in a commercial for Wendy's fast food.[1]
