Galloway Group is a manufacturer of ventilation ductwork. The company's products include Guardian Flouropolymer-coated ductwork for the pharmaceutical and semiconductor sectors and fire-rated ductwork for any structure that could be a fire hazard. Galloway Group also makes acoustic and noise-control products and installs electrical systems in new housing developments. Its Industrial Maintenance and Support Services division provides fabrication and engineering services. Galloway Group has installed systems in such facilities as airports, hospitals, prisons, and stadiums. The company began in 1872 making sheet metal products.

David A. Galloway (born 1943) is chairman of the board of Bank of Montreal, which is also known as BMO Financial Group.

Born in Toronto, Ontario, he attended the University of Toronto Schools before receiving a Bachelor of Arts in 1966 from the University of Toronto. He received a M.B.A. from Harvard University in 1968.

From 1983 to 1988, he was the president and C.E.O. of Harlequin Enterprises Ltd. He was president and chief executive officer of Torstar Corporation from 1988 to 2002.
