David L. Ganz
David L. Ganz is an American Democratic Party politician, who has served on the Bergen County Board of Chosen Freeholders since 2003 and was Freeholder vice-chairman through the 2006 term. An accomplished lawyer, a dynamic author and speaker now in the first year of his second three year term, he also served seven consecutive one-year terms as the 29th Mayor of the Borough of Fair Lawn, New Jersey (the 4th largest municipality in Bergen County). Ganz was not re-elected in 2005 to the Fair Lawn Borough Council.
Ganz is also managing partner and principal litigator in the law firm of Ganz & Sivin, L.L.P. of Fair Lawn, and Ganz & Hollinger, P.C. in New York City, and has a practice that is focused on litigation, guardianship, real estate, land use, and general corporate work in New York and New Jersey.
