Review

Superlative Gilberto Santa Rosa effort with strings makes this CD his most sophisticated, as well as one of his very best. The hit "Te Propongo" (composed by Juan Luis Guerra) was the best promoted tune; however, moments like "Encuentro," "Me Quiere Enamorar," "Sueños Son," and "Te Amare" deserve special mention. A genuinely enjoyable sonic experience. Sadly, Santa Rosa's regular band (1986-1996) makes its final studio recording here. ~ José A. Estévez, Jr., All Music Guide
