Review

This is definitely not a mellow, peaceful CD. These guys rock out very hard. Their brand of metal is a take-no-prisoners approach, but that doesn't mean no-frills. Indeed, they can trade neo-classical arrangements with the best of the Rhapsody genre. They also are quite good at straight-ahead metal, though. That is a trick that many bands of their ilk do not pull off so well. They also seldom push the envelope over the top, as is a problem with much of the genre. The only real complaint here is that the band seems a bit generic, failing to create a unique soundscape. That is only so much of a problem, though, because it certainly doesn't stop you from headbanging and wailing on air guitar. ~ Gary Hill, All Music Guide
