Declan O'Loan MLA is a Social Democratic and Labour Party (SDLP) councillor and member of the Northern Ireland Assembly in Ballymena.
O'Loan was elected as member for the constituency of South Antrim in the 2007 Assembly Elections.
He is married to Nuala O'Loan, the Police Ombudsman.
