Democratic Youth Federation of India (in Hindi भारत कि जनवादी नौजवन सभा, Bharat ki Janvadi Naujavan Sabha), the youth organization of Communist Party of India (Marxist). DYFI was founded in 1980. DYFI published the magazine Naujawan Drishti (Youth Stream). On state level there are various publications, such as
Jubashakti in West Bengal, Yuvadhara in Kerala.
The general secretary of DYFI is Tapas Sinha and the president is P Sreeramakrishnan
DYFI is a member of World Federation of Democratic Youth.
The DYFI affiliate in Jammu and Kashmir is called Democratic Youth Federation of Kashmir. In Tripura there is a separate body, affiliated to DYFI, called Tribal Youth Federation.

DYFI was formed on 3rd November 1980 from its inaugural conference held at Saheed Kartar Singh Saraba Village, Ludhiana, Punjab from 31st October to 3rd November.
DYFI stands for Communal harmony. Constitutional approval of right to job.
DYFI demands Job for all. Education for all. Industrialisation. Proper implementation of self employment projects.
DYFI opposes Anti-democracy and sectarian movements. Anti-people economic policies guided by IMF-WB-WTO. Imperialist aggression over third war.
DYFI fights for Scientific socialism.
DYFI has a strong presence in Kerala and West Bengal, and both the kerala and West Bengal unit of DYFI has an official presence on the net viewable at http://www.dyfikerala.org. and http://www.dyfiwb.org
