Denguélé is one of the 19 regions of Côte d'Ivoire. The region's capital is Odienné. Covering 20,600 km², its population (2002 est.) is 277,000.

The villages of Kimbirila-Nord and Tiefinzo are close to the Malian town of Manankoro.

Originally consisting of only one department, Odienné, the region is now divided into three departments: Odienné, Madinani, and Minignan.
