The Department of Education, Employment and Workplace Relations (DEEWR) is an Australian government department. Renamed in 2007, it absorbed the former departments of Education and Training, and Employment and Workplace Relations.

The department is the portfolio department of the Deputy Prime Minister Julia Gillard, who is separately Minister for Education, Minister for Employment and Workplace Relations, and Minister for Social Inclusion.
