Jumping from genre to genre with ease, Enrico Macias is one of the more experimental French pop singers from the '80s. Although his suave look and smooth music may point toward other avenues, he freely indulges in everything from glam rock to disco throughout the 12 songs on this disc. The odd part is how well he manages to keep his own personality throughout the changes; his voice is obviously his strong point. Actually, the whole album displays almost nothing but his strong points, making it the one of the best Macias albums available. The only problem is the dated sound, which doesn't hinder things too badly but still sticks out. Otherwise, this is a fine album that really showcases Macias' skills well. ~ Bradley Torreano, All Music Guide
