Diana Iuliana Mocanu (born July 19, 1984 in Brăila) is a former Romanian swimmer. She won gold medals in the 100 meter backstroke and the 200 meter backstroke at the 2000 Summer Olympics. She also won in the 200 meter backstroke at the 2001 World Aquatics Championships.
