Disney XD is a premium television channel broadcasting in Italy, owned by The Walt Disney Company. It was born of a merger between Jetix and Toon Disney. It operates under the international brand Disney XD.
The channel is targeted at children and adolescents, especially among boys aged between 6 and 18. It debuted on September 28 of 2009 to replace the channel Jetix.
