The fifty-four minute WWII documentary Dive Bombers and Combat Aircraft of WWII offers one of the first historical studies on film of the 'Stuka' flying artillery, a dive-bomber that plummeted toward the earth at a wholly vertical angle. Replete with a piercing, wailing siren of unmistakable identification, it became the very embodiment of terror for thousands upon thousands of European citizens.
