Division No. 15 is a census division in southwestern Alberta, along the British Columbia border. A very long and narrow area, its major population centres are the towns of Canmore, Banff, and Crowsnest Pass, and the municipality of Jasper. The division contains the Alberta's Rockies region and the Specialized Municipality of Crowsnest Pass.

Demographics

In 2006, Division No. 15 had a population of 34,150 living in 16,080 dwellings, a 0.2% increase from 2001. The Census division has a land area of 28,399.98 km2 (10,965.3 sq mi) and a population density of 1.2 inhabitants per square kilometer.[1]
