Despite his "Big Soulful Eyes" routine, Charlie Dog is kicked out of a freight car and ends up in Platt Falls, somewhere in the Deep South. Just when it appears that a second Civil War is about to begin, the Colonel's faithful bulldog Belvedere hatches a plan to get rid of Charlie once and for all. ~ Hal Erickson, All Movie Guide
