Doherty Enterprises, a restaurant franchisee perhaps best known for operating a number of "eatin' good in the neighborhood" Applebee's locations. The company also owns and operates its Shannon Rose Irish Pub eateries and franchised El Pollo Loco, Panera Bread, Carino's Italian Grill, and Chevys Fresh Mex locations, totaling more than 90 casual dining and fast food restaurants in New Jersey and New York.
