Term to describe cases where the cephalic index (greatest breadth expressed as a percentage of maximum length) of a human skull is below 75 per cent. See also brachycephalic.
Having a narrow, long head. Characteristic of some dog breeds, e.g. Collie, Borzoi, Greyhound.
