Biography

Supporting actor Don Starr made his feature film debut in The Life and Times of Judge Roy Bean (1972) and went on to appear regularly in films through 1979. After that, his film work became sporadic. Fans of the prime-time soap Dallas may remember him for playing Jordan Lee from 1979 through 1985. Starr's other television appearances include guest-starring roles on series ranging from The Rockford Files and The Incredible Hulk to Little House on the Prairie and L.A. Don Starr (September 20, 1917 - July 11, 1995) was an American actor, best known for his portrayal of oil baron "Jordan Lee" in the television series Dallas. Other TV credits include: The High Chaparral, Little House on the Prairie, The Rockford Files, Charlie's Angels, The Incredible Hulk, Knots Landing, V: The Final Battle, Hill Street Blues and L.A. Law.

He died at his home in Tucson, Arizona on July 11, 1995, from injuries after a fall.
