Review

This beautifully packaged single -- clear vinyl in a transparent red plastic sleeve -- bridges the two Grenadine LPs. The gorgeous A-side "Don't Forget the Halo" is a near-perfect fusion of its creators' respective strengths, balancing a moody Jenny Toomey ballad with the dreamy strumming of Mark Robinson and the deliberate drumming of Rob Christiansen. Flipside "777" is a Robinson instrumental not too far removed from his main gig with Unrest, featuring the same unexpected chord changes, shifting tempos, and frenetic rhythms that are Unrest's calling card. ~ Jason Ankeny, All Music Guide
