Doug Petrie was a co-executive producer, writer and director on Buffy the Vampire Slayer. He also wrote for the Fantastic Four film, Tru Calling, Harriet the Spy and Clarissa Explains It All. He is now a co-executive producer and writer for the Las Vegas based CSI series. He has a cameo on Joss Whedon's web-based film, Dr. Horrible's Sing-Along Blog, as "Professor Normal."
