Doug John Riesenberg (born July 22, 1965 in Carroll, Iowa and graduated high school in Moscow, Idaho) is a former American football offensive tackle in the National Football League for the New York Giants and Tampa Bay Buccaneers. He started in Super Bowl XXV. In high school he was an all-state football player on both offense and defense, an all-state basketball player, and held the record in the discus. After being heavily recruited by colleges from coast to coast, Riesenberg attended the University of California, Berkeley to study electrical engineering and computer science. He later attended Oregon State University to further his engineering studies. He coached offensive line for four years at Corvallis High School, and two years at Philomath High School. Riesenberg currently teaches Math at Crescent Valley High School in Corvallis, Oregon.
