Dowsby is a village in South Kesteven, Lincolnshire, England. It lies on the western edge of The Fens.
It is at the junction of the east-west B1397 and the north-south B1777. It is a mile north-east of Rippingale and just south of Pointon. Nearby to the east, along the B1397 is the Car Dyke on Dowsby Fen. The church is dedicated to All Saints.
