Dr. Belisario Domínguez is a one of the 67 municipalities of Chihuahua, in northern Mexico. The municipal seat lies at San Lorenzo. The municipality covers an area of 7,877 km².
As of 2005, the municipality had a total population of 1453.[1]
It acquired its present name in 1935 in honour of Belisario Domínguez, a senator for Chiapas murdered during the Mexican Revolution.
