Game Description

Created by students from the Utrecht School of the Arts in the Netherlands, Drive is a computer game designed for blind players. Sound is the main element of the game, as players take the roles of test drivers charged with reaching the maximum speed in a prototype vehicle called the "Shuttle." Going only by audio cues (including occasional commentary from a co-pilot named Bob), players must collect and use speed-boosting power-ups as they navigate the track.
