A good way to eliminate dry hair is to stop using the hair dryer
frequently if possible. Let your hair air dry naturally. After you
shampoo don't rub your hair just squeeze and blot hair strands with
the towel then using your fingers slide through and fluff them to
dry. Some people use mayonnaise spreading it on the ends leaving it
for thirty minutes or so but can become too greasy so be careful.
Drink lots of water eight glasses a day. Try to stay away from fast
foods or eat more salads, veggies, chicken, turkey, fish. When we
put unhealthy foods into our bodies it will show up on the outside
of our bodies example: dry hair, bad complexion, dry skin etc.
