Dubai Municipality (DM) (Arabic: بلديه دبي) is the municipal body with jurisdiction over city services and the upkeep of facilities in the city of Dubai, United Arab Emirates. [1] It was established in 1954 by the then ruler of Dubai, Rashid bin Saeed Al Maktoum. In 2001, DM embarked on an e-government project to provide 40 of its city services online through its web portal.
