Duren Sawit is a subdistrict (kecamatan) of East Jakarta, Indonesia. Previously it was part of the Jatinegara subdistrict.
The subdistrict borders the subdistricts of Jatinegara to the west, Cakung and Pulo Gadung to the north, and Makasar to the south.
The subdistrict is divided into 7 administrative villages (kelurahan): Pondok Bambu, Duren Sawit, Pondok Kelapa, Pondok Kopi, Malaka Sari, Malaka Jaya, and Klender.
