East Macedonia and Thrace (Greek: Ανατολική Μακεδονία και Θράκη) is one of the thirteen peripheries of Greece, consisting of the eastern part of the region of Macedonia along with the region of Thrace. It is divided into the Macedonian prefectures of Drama and Kavala and the Thracian prefectures of Xanthi, Rhodope and Evros.
