Biography
Production designer and art director Ted Haworth was involved in cinema for 50 years and has worked with a number of prominent directors, including Hitchcock on Strangers on a Train (1951) and Sam Peckinpah on The Getaway (1972). Haworth won the Best Art Direction Academy Award for Sayonara (1957) and was nominated four more times during his career. In the early 1980s, Haworth began working in television.
