El Paso Museum of Art

The El Paso Museum of Art is the principal art museum in El Paso, Texas. It is best known for its 57-piece Samuel H. Kress collection including works by Juan de Borgoña, Canaletto, Giuseppe Crespi, Jacopo da Sellaio, Artemisia Gentilleschi, Juan de Valdés Leal, Filippino Lippi, Lorenzo Lotto, Alessandro Magnasco, Bartolomé Esteban Murillo, Jacopo da Sellaio, Anthony van Dyck, and Francisco Zurbarán, The permanent collection includes North American paintings by Manuel Gregorio Acosta, Frank Duveneck, Childe Hassam, George Inness, Luis Jiménez, Manuel Neri, Rembrandt Peale, Frederic Remington, and Gilbert Stuart, among others. Pre-Columbian and Mexican colonial art are also collected.

The museum is located at One Arts Festival Plaza, El Paso, Texas 79901. It is open Tuesday, Wednesday, Friday, and Saturday 9:00 am to 5:00 pm; Thursday 9:00 am to 9:00 pm; and Sunday 12:00 pm to 5:00 pm. It is closed on Monday.
