Elections in Senegal gives information on election and election results in Senegal.

Senegal elects on national level a head of state - the president - and a legislature. The president is elected for a five year term by the people (seven year before 2007). The National Assembly (Assemblée Nationale) has 150 members, elected for a five year term, in multi-seat constituencies. Senegal has a multi-party system.

There are plans to extend presidential terms to seven years.[1]
