Electric Light Orchestra were one of the biggest rock success stories of the mid-to-late 1970's, mixing catchy pop melodies with a progressive rock approach, and adding a touch of classical stringwork as a seasoning. The group split up in 1988, but several former members (without leader Jeff Lynne) joined forces to create Electric Light Orchestra Part II in the early 1990's. Electric Light Orchestra Part II: Access All Areas takes a look at the band hard at work, both in rehearsal and in concert, as the play some of the original group's best-known hits (including Do Ya, Turn To Stone, and Don't Bring Me Down) as well as some of the new lineup's original material (including Don't Wanna and All Fall Down). ~ Mark Deming, All Movie Guide
