Elke Voelker (born April 3, 1968 in Lampertheim, Germany) is a German organist, church musician and musicologist.

Biography
Elke Voelker received her education in Germany, France, and USA. She studied organ, piano, harpsichord, conducting, church music and musicology in Mannheim, Mainz and Heidelberg. Her teachers include Leo Krämer, Mathias Breitschaft, Ludwig Finscher. A scholarship allowed her to study abroad with Wolfgang Rübsam (Chicago), Nicholas Kynaston (London), Michelle Leclerc (Schola Cantorum, Paris), Jean Guillou and Daniel Roth.
Her concert activity includes participation as soloist and/or lecturer in the most prestigious international festivals in Europe, USA, Australasia and Canada. Voelker is a featured performer of the RCCO (2006, Toronto), of the FFAO Congrès (2007, San Sébastian) and of the AGO National Convention (2008, Minneapolis). Numerous international broadcastings and television recordings testify to her activities.
She is member of the English Karg-Elert Archive [1], of the German Gesellschaft der Orgelfreunde (GdO)[2], the American Guild of Organists[3] and Honorary Member of the Associazione Organistica Siciliana. Besides this, she is Founder and Artistic Director of the “Internationaler Orgelherbst Deidesheim” and of the Russian "International Organ Festival Philharmony Perm".
Her specialization in the organ works of Sigfrid Karg-Elert has resulted in the world premiere recording of his complete organ works. In this ongoing project, the first five CDs are available.
Voelker works as Choir Organist and Cathedral Music Assosiate at the UNESCO Heritage St. Marys Imperial Cathedral of Speyer.
