Emma Jones

Emma Jones is The Sun newspapers youngest columnist and former editor of Smash Hits magazine. Emma began her Fleet Street career on the Sunday Mirror before moving to The Mail On Sunday and then The Sun. During this time she had worked on a wide variety of stories, from hard news to showbiz.

In 2001 she became the editor of teen music magazine Smash Hits.

Emma was twice nominated for the UK Press Gazette Young Journalist of the Year Award.

She started her career in her home town of Mold, working for the local evening newspaper, having graduated from Staffordshire University in Politics and Philosophy.
