Company Bio

Encore Software, Inc, was founded in 1994 by Mike Bell and Michael Wegmann. Initially, the company's primary business came from bundling previously released software, but in 1998, Encore began developing original content and entered the educational market with best-selling titles such as Math Advantage. The company also continued to sell popular bundles like Millenium MegaHits and Family MegaHits. In 2000, Inc. Magazine named Encore one of the fastest-growing privately held companies.
