Entreprise nationale de Radiodiffusion sonore (ENRS, Algerian Radio or Radio Algérienne) is the state-owned[1] public radio broadcaster[2] of Algeria.
ENRS was formed in 1986 when the previous Algerian Radio and Television company (established in 1962) was divided into four enterprises.[3] ENRS runs three radio stations in the country, Radio Culture, Radio El Bahdja and Radio Mitidja[2] The broadcaster is a member of the European Broadcasting Union.[4]
