Eric Bress is an American screenwriter and film director, probably best known for his work on the Final Destination series and The Butterfly Effect. He frequently collaborates with J. Mackye Gruber.[1]
His most recent project, The Alchemyst: The Secrets of the Immortal Nicholas Flamel, is in development.[2]
Bress is a graduate of Syracuse University, where he studied film. He is originally from New York.[3] He worked as a sound engineer before becoming a screenwriter.[1]
