Situation of the Este culture to the south of the Hallstatt culture.
The Este culture was a proto-historic culture existed from the late Italian Bronze Age (X-IX century BC, proto-venetic phase) to the Roman period (Ist century BC) and located in the present territory of Veneto. It is named from Este in the province of Padova.
