The Executives of Construction Party (Hezb-e Kaargozaaraan-e Saazandegi, حزب کارگزاران سازندگی) is a political party in Iran, founded by several members of the cabinet of the then-President Akbar Hashemi Rafsanjani. The party is considered one of the most important supporters of Rafsanjani and his policies.
The party's secretary general is Gholamhossein Karbaschi, a former mayor of Tehran.This party had a daily organ called Kargozaran, which was closed by the government in early January, 2009. Kargozaran focused mainly on analytical issues of politics and political economy, social affairs, and arts. It was considered reformist and something of a pioneer in criticizing Iran's Islamist president Mahmoud Ahmadinejad. We can mention these persons as founders of this political party: Mohammad Hashemi, Dr.MohammadAli Najafi, Dr.Morteza Mohammadkhan, Dr.Issa Kalantari and Dr.Reza Amrollahi.
