Ezine is a town and district of Çanakkale Province in the Marmara region of Turkey. According to the 2000 census, population of the district is 35,301 of which 13,309 live in the town of Ezine.[1][2] The district covers an area of 654 km2 (253 sq mi),[3] and the town lies at an elevation of 39 m (128 ft).
