Fayza Ahmed (1934-1983) was an Egyptian singer and actress of Syrian and Lebanese ancestry.

Beginnings
Fayza Ahmed was born in 1934 in Sayda, Lebanon to a Syrian father and a Lebanese mother. She eventually had five children and nine grandchildren.
Death
Fayza Ahmed died on September 21, 1983[1] in Cairo after suffering from cancer.
